到岗时间：1个月之内 婚况要求：不限婚况 职责描述： 1、组织、指导、激励下属，组织和实施对新员工的指导和培训，建立措施以保持和加强员工的知识和能力；

Improve and ensure performance appraisal system is fulfilled. 3、与HSE团队紧密合作，执行所有的HSE要求，包括当地法规和公司要求；
Work closely with HSE team to implement all HSE requirements to cover both local regulations and company requirements. 4、持续改进，确保员工以安全的方式在安全、健康的环境中工作；
Continuous improvement to ensure people working in safe and healthy environment in safe ways. 5、制定必要的SOP，为操作提供指导，监控日常活动，并对系统的有效性负责；
Develop necessary SOP to provide the guideline for the operations monitor the daily activities and be responsible for the effectiveness for the system. 6、识别和清除不符合项及风险，分析原因，制定和执行措施；
Identify and clear nonconformities risks analyze route causes make and follow actions. 7、与维修团队合作，确保设备正常运行；
Work with maintenance team to ensure equipment operation in right way. 8、审核相关质量数据，监控工艺开发，执行更新的操作方法和程序，确保和提高产品质量；
Review relevant quality data monitor process development and implement updated operation methods and procedures to ensure and improve product quality. 9、持续改进设备、辅助设施，确保生产稳定，提高生产效率；
Continuous improvement on equipment auxiliary facilities to ensure stable production and improve efficiency. 10、与计划员一起制定生产计划，决定实际生产活动，产品开关和停机，确保按时交货给客户；
Work with planner to schedule production decide on actual production activities product switches and shutdowns to ensure on time delivery to customers. 11、良好的组织生产，达到良好的水、电、气消耗性能，减少浪费量；
Well organize production to achieve good performance on water electricity gas consumption reduce waste volume. 12、与QC一起确保所有不合格品的返工；
Work with QC to ensure all unqualified products are reworked properly. 13、启动项目以节约成本；
Initiate projects to save cost. 14、支持ISO认证，内部和外部审核；
Support on ISO certification internal and external audit. 15、制定5S标准并推动持续改进；
Define 5S standards and drive continuous improvement. 16、定期通过看板和生产报告定期呈现KPI结果；
Regularly present KPI results through KANBAN and production report. 17、推动精益作为提高绩效的工具；
Promote the lean as a tool to improve the performance. 18、领导安排的其他任务；
Tasks assigned by supervisor. 任职要求： 1、学历要求: 本科及以上学历；
Bachelor degree or above; 2、专业要求: 化学、化工类相关专业；
Chemistry chemical related major 3、工作经验与培训经历:三年及以上化工行业生产车间主任管理经验；
良好的统筹能力、领导能力、沟通能力和学习能力；
对生产过程中出现的问题，现象，能正确分析，判断，并予以解决；
Work and training experience: more than 3 years management experience as production workshop director in chemical industry;Good coordination leadership communication and learning skills;Analyze judge and solve the problems and phenomena in the production process.
