职责描述： Provide Engineering Support to manufacturing and sales teams. Drive and implement process improvements to reduce cost and improve performance to customer. Provide technical support on specific NPD NPI and global transfer projects. Ensuring smooth transfer andor development of business between regional sales and manufacturing teams. Lead the engineering team on strategic customer business monitor performance of key customers in CCL. Continuously develop total performance by supervising the team. Cooperate with sales team to develop the sales in RDC area from engineering area. Other duties as requested. 任职要求： Good relevant technical or scientific degree Must have high level of energy; strong execution ability At least 6 years of relevant engineering experience (of which at least 2 years must be in managerial position) in innovative and fast paced environment. Strong printing decoration or related industry technical knowledge would be a definite plus. Strong communication skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin for both verbal and written communication. Good sense of color matching Able to work under pressure and able to handle multiple tasksprojects. 丝印技术工程开发和管理为主，懂其他印刷技术；
