Key accountabilitiesResponsibilities: 1. Identify improvement opportunities that increase customer value and efficiency. 2. Optimize packaging solution identify and execute packaging cost saving ideas. 3. Develop people who think and need according to Kaizen philosophy. 4. Coach functional resources through the lean tools of 5S 7 wastes IE and so on 5. Drive the continuous improvement on packaging quality and environment management policy from group 6. Work with operation and logistics team improve shop floor flow with Motion Economy. 7. Support supervisor manager in setting up 5S suggestion system visualization standard work 8. Other duties necessary to support business operation as assigned RequirementsQualifications: 1. BA degree or above in the relevant subjects prefer in industrial engineering logistics and package combined with professional education on Lean 6 sigma Ergo and so on. 2. Minimum 2 years in Continuous Improvement related discipline and hands-on experience on applying lean methods on shop floor environment and implementing packaging cost saving. 3. Good oral and written skills in English and communication skill team work. 4. Good understand of IATF16949 and OHSAS 18001 requirements working for a multinational Western Company or JV 5. Nice have certification of Lean6 sigma Green belt ability to use CAD Pro E and certification Trainer 微信分享
