到岗时间：1个月之内 婚况要求：不限婚况 岗位职责: 在高级生产工程师的指导下，组织所属员工负责本装置的日常生产运行，以安全、高质量、低成本为目标，确保装置安全、稳定、长周期、满负荷和优化运行，使装置实现批准的月度生产计划并且使成本符合预算要求；
Under the guidance of senior production engineer and organize the employees to be responsible for plant daily operation with the targets of safety quality and low costs and ensure that plant is operated under the safe stable long term full load and optimized conditions and make the plant to realize the approved monthly plan and cost meets the budget requirements. 管理装置运行的各项工艺参数，并进行详细的记录，降低物耗、能耗；
Manage each process parameter of plant operation and take the detailed records and lower material and energy consumption. 对DCS控制系统组态进行工艺上的确认，并提供工艺技术支持；
To make the process confirmation on DCS control configuration and provide the process supports. 负责制定生产操作各岗位的操作记录，建立各项管理档案，并负责检查各项制度的执行情况；
Be responsible for development of operation records of each production post and establish each management archives and check the implementation of each system. 组织生产团队分析、解决生产中出现的各类工艺问题；
Organize the production team to analyze and resolve various process problems during the production. 及时判断处理生产过程中出现的操作波动，制订及时的调整方案，并组织实施到班组，确保产品质量；
Timely judge and handle the operation fluctuation during the production and develop the timely adjustment plan and organize the shift to execute and ensure product quality. 参与制定装置的大、中、小修方案，组织人员编写检修开停工方案，并组织实施到班组；
Develop the turnaround medium and small repair plan of plant and organize the people to develop the turnaround shut down and start up plan and organize the shift to execute it. 参与操作法、培训资料、生产准备方案等各类相关资料的编制与审核；
负责团队各项生产技术培训，不断提高全班人员的技术业务水平和综合能力；
Participate in the development and review of various documents such as operation methods training documents and production preparation plan be responsible for the production technology training of team and continuously improve the technical competence and comprehensives capability of the shift members. 负责装置正常运行的技改、技措项目的实施、管理，使装置安全长周期的运行，配落实IMS管理系统的执行；
Be responsible for execution and management of technical renovation and modification project of plant and ensure the plant is operated in safe and long term conditions and cooperating the implementation of IMS management system. 参与装置的持续改进工作，积极提出合理化建议；
Participate in the plant continuous management and actively put forward the rationalization suggestions. 及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作；
Timely complete other work assigned by superior managers. 任职资格: 教育背景：大学本科及以上学历，化工或工艺管理专业；
Education background: bachelors degree and above chemical or process management. 工作经验：具有5年以上石油化工行业的生产经验，有大型连续性化工生产经验、2年以上生产技术管理岗位经验的优先；
Working experiences: above 5 years production experiences of petroleum and chemical industry and has large and continuous chemical production experiences. Candidate with above 2 years productiontechnical management is preferred. 对行业生产、安全、技术以及国家的各类安全法令等要求有深刻了解；
Have deep understanding on requirements of industry production safety technology and state safety laws etc. 处理复杂问题、复杂事物的能力，能够适应变化并迅速作决策；
Capability of handling complex problems and matters and can adapt to changes quickly and make the rapid decisions. 专业技术能力，具有对装置生产运行给予独到的建设性指导意见的能力；
Technical competence be capable of providing the unique and constructive guidance to plant operation. 有较强的责任心，积极主动完成工作；
Have strong sense of accountability and actively complete the work. 英语四级及以上，熟练运用办公自动化软件；
CET 4 and above and familiar with office automation software.
