到岗时间：1个月之内 婚况要求：不限婚况 职责描述： 负责电机铁芯产品各性能参数测试、环境、机械可靠性试验工作 Be responsible for the testing of performance parameters environment and mechanical reliability for the motor core 负责通过铁芯设计、工艺变更等来提升电机性能 Responsible for improving motor performance depend Ｏn the core design process improvement etc. 通过设计变更来输出电机性能规范、参数、曲线 Output motor performance specifications parameters and curves base Ｏn design modification 设计、搭建测试平台，持续提升测试效率与产品可靠性 Design and build up the test platform to improve the test efficiency and product reliability 对产品市场端问题做解耦分析定位，并对铁芯模具研发提出改进建议 To improve the mould design of motor core according to the analysis of market application 协助客户进行电机产品相关性能测试，并能通过铁芯设计（形态、材料、铆点等）变更来满足客户需求 Be able to meet customer requirements depend Ｏn the motor core design (shape material riveting etc.) improvement support to test of final motor products 其他安排的事项Other tasks 任职要求： 本科及以上学历，电气、电机、自动化、机电、汽车电机或相关专业 Bachelor degree or above in electrical automation electromechanical automotive electrical or related field 具有3年以上电机性能研究、失效分析等相关工作经验 3 years working experience in motor performance research and failure analysis area at least 熟练使用Ansoft、Ansys Maxwell等电磁分析设计软件进行电磁性能分析仿真，熟练掌握绕组理论及AutoCAD、SolidWorks等二维三维绘图软件 Proficient in using Ansoft Ansys Maxwell and other electromagnetic analysis design software for electromagnetic performance analysis and simulation proficient in winding theory and AutoCAD SolidWorks and other drawing software 掌握至少以下一种：同步、异步、永磁电机的性能、原理，熟知电机测试工艺 Good experience for Ｏne of the following motors at least: synchronous asynchronous permanent magnet motor performance principle familiar with the motor test process 熟悉其中一种电机或以上的产品性能参数参数、测试能力 Familiar with Ｏne of the motor or above product performance parameters test ability 具有一定的机械制造、电机原理、理论力学、材料力学、电力拖动、电机绝缘理论 Experience regarding mechanical manufacture the electric machine principle the theory mechanics the material mechanics the electric power drive the electric machine insulation theory etc 熟悉ISO9001TS16949体系 精益生产及ERPSAP者优先考虑 Familiar with ISO9001TS16949 lean production and SAP ERP is preferred 良好的英文表达能力 Good English communication skills.
