Areas of responsibility include financial planningbudgeting business case analysis process improvement reporting accounting inventory control and staff managementdevelopment. The position reports to a Senior Finance Manager Revenue Operations with significant exposure to the senior leadership team. 职责描述： Drive Business Performance Partner with Food and the Finance team to develop and implement best in class metrics and analysis to drive operation performance. Develop and implement best in class financial processes. Provide financial coaching to all operations partners. Identify opportunities to optimize and improve the business and then lead that change in a way that gains broad buy-in and support from key stakeholders. Influence key stakeholders to deliver Ｏn financial commitments. Deliver Strong Financial Reporting Budget Preparation and Analysis: Prepare weeklymonthly performance packages for senior management addressing budget variances cash position and status of current projects. Prepare annual operating plan monthly forecasts and latest estimates. Prepare monthly position update for senior management. Perform in-depth analyses Ｏn actual financial performance versus budgeted targets and versus key business drivers to include trend proforma regression and correlation analyses. Extend findings to provide meaningful recommendations. Lead Month End Close accounting and variance analysis. Maximize Financial Process Efficiency: Strengthen controls to ensure a no surprises environment. Leverage relationships with operating partners to optimize financial process efficiency accountability controls accuracy and to influence behavior. Team Development: Enable the direct reports to make significant value-add contributions to the business grow their capability and prepare them for greater responsibility via training coaching and mentorship. Be a role model of commitment accountability and results focus. Special Projects: Leadassist with special projects both analytical and process improvements (i.e.: improved management reports operational processes metric management techniques etc.).
