Major Responsibilities 主要职能:
1. According to the updated quotation system requirement of the company, quote to the customer in written form;按照公司现行报价系统要求,负责对客户进行书面报价;
2. According to the work flow to receive and complete the order process, and link up to the relevant department for the order execution based On the order requirement;按照工作流程,受理客户订单,并根据订单情况,与公司相关部门衔接订单及合同的执行;
3. Communication and Coordination to the customers for daily business;负责与客户的沟通及协调工作;
4. Filing and management of orders and other relevant documents;负责公司销售订单及其他相关文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作;
5. Compile the weekly / monthly / quarter / annual statistical statement of sales accordingly, and reply to the department manager / board of management at any time for the inquiry of order status;负责各类销售指标的月度、季度、年度统计报表和报告的制作、编写,并随时答复领导对销售订单动态情况的质询;
6. Assist salesman for the preparation / reception of customer visit to the company;协助销售人员做好上门客户的接待工作;
7. Responsible for the information consultation & complaint from the customer, support and work together with the relevant department to duly handle, and reply to the customer in time;负责客户的信息咨询及投诉记录,协助有关部门妥善处理,并及时回复客户;
8. Updating maintenance of the customer information;更新维护客户资源信息;
9. Complete other work which required by department manager & board of management.完成部门及公司领导交办的其他工作;
任职资格requirement:
1. College, international trade, secretary, English or other related major;大专学历以上,国际贸易、文秘、英语或其它相关专业;
2. High level of English (oral & writing);具备较强的英语口语及写作能力;
3. Above 2 years work experience of customer service;两年以上客户服务工作经验;
4. Have agile customer service concept and reflect;具备敏捷的客服观念和反映速度;
5. Have good ability of communication / coordination, and also have strong analytical / problem-solving abilities;具备良好的人际沟通、协调能力,分析和解决问题的能力;
6. Have strong sense of responsibility, can bear hardships and stand hard work under high pressure.有较强的责任心,能吃苦耐劳,可迅速适应高压工作环境;
