What you’ll do? Drive the growth of added value for the segments of responsibility ? Develop business plan, define focus areas and growth areas ? Facilitate joint commercial development (JCD) tasks in collaboration with Sales teams? Capture voice of customers, market trends and funnelling it internally to have real input for choice of products and services to offer, pricing and marketing On these services? Identify and define value propositions and segment toolbox (how we create value to customers)? Define portfolios of products and services to be offered in the segment? Suggest opportunities for targeted marketing materials for customers, end-users and other stakeholdersYou have experience in product management and able to work well in a matrix organization? You will be working mainly in specific end-use segments and we value any experience in those segments in different parts of the value chain.? We expect you to have strong networking, team working and relationship building capabilities. To succeed in this role, excellent communication and good collaboration skills are a must. ? You are a strong team player and your working style is agile, result-driven, demonstrating out-of-the-box thinking. ? You are able to work in global organisation with high integrity and independency? Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English is a must in our global environment.
