Key Responsibilities and Duties: Assistant work for all the functions in HR department. Order lunch for customer and expatriate. Office stationery Furniture Water Coffee etc. booking and keeping make payment related per month. Car arrangement Taxi pick up service make payment related per month. Expressage management and check bill per month. Reception and operator service to the company. Backup of Admin supervisor if heshe not in office. Skills and Specifications: Well organized. Good team work and communication skills. Good English skill CET-4 or above. Colleges education in Human Resources or administration management or business administration subject. 1 year above experience as a HR assistant or receptionist or admin assistant.
