职责描述: 负责公司的日常行政管理,包括但不限于:监督前台工作(如电话转接、接待来访者、收发快递等)、绿植租用、与物业的联络、保持环境整洁;
Responsible for daily office administration including but not limited to monitor receptionist receiving visitors sending collecting express plants rent coordination with the real estate maintain office cleaning environment etc.; 办公用品采购、设备管理、IT外包人员管理等;
Responsible for the procurement of office supplies equipment management IT outsourcing management etc. 预订机票酒店handle air-tickets and hotel booking 客户运营费用统计OPE statistics; 更新内部电话表 Update the internal contact list and keep the other offices informed; 保管客户公章、公司市场宣传资料等;
Clients chops and company marketing materials custody; 协助公司的人事管理,如:考勤与假期统计、招聘及培训组织、员工活动组织等;
Assist in HR Admin-related programs activities for the company whenever necessary such as attendance statistics and leave balance tracking recruitment training and staff activities organization etc.; 协助进行客户工资及福利管理;
Assist in client payroll and benefits management; 协助其他业务团队完成一些项目性工作;
Assist in support other department for some projecting work; 领导交办的其他工作 Ad hoc project assigned by the supervisor 任职要求: 行政管理、英语或其他相关专业专科及以上学历;
College degree or above in administration management English or related major; 57年企业行政管理相关岗位工作经验,熟悉工资、个税、社保公积金的相关政策和操作优先;
5-7 years experience in admin work and be familiar with payroll IIT social security and housing fund policies and practice is preferable; 优秀的中英文书面与口头沟通能力;
Excellent English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills; 熟悉常用办公软件,特别是WORD EXCEL PPT;
Familiar Microsoft Office especially WORD EXCEL PPT; 较强的组织能力和时间管理能力、良好的沟通能力、优秀的人际交往能力、能够融入一个富有活力的管理团队;
Strong organizational skills and time management skills good communication skills excellent people skills with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team; 成熟稳定,能承受工作压力;
Mature and stable willingness to work under pressure.
