工作职责: Organize internal amp; external training according to the annual training plan and follow up the training feedback and results evaluation; Analyze training demand from depts. and identify the demands to provide solution accordingly; Support and propose to define the MMR content; Support to develop and conduct the new employee training topics include direct and indirect employee; Participate the vocational training project include communicate with related dept. to collect the training plan and follow up the training process; Maintain the training supplier system include selection evaluation and change.; Support to develop the internal trainer team. Define and organize the employee development program and execute it to make sure the result. Maintain and develop new training tools to meet the training demand Support the dept. training On site 任职资格: Bachelor degree HR management or relevant majors;
5 years working experience in Training amp; Development function; Good communication team spirit coordination skill; Work proactively under pressure; Strong commitment to company and self honest result oriented.
