职责描述: This position is responsible for leading and managing the area sales activities development and dig up new coating materials application method including follow up On Pipeline Automobile Energy Marine Oil or Gas market negotiating customer support and market analyze etc. In charge of protective coating sales and development coating sales team or management. Redefine the protective coating strategy in China coating market direction. Manage and control area sales strategies and channel;
Participate in the relevant coating exhibition including domestic Marinetec CIPPE SF China etc. represent company at trade association meetings to promote products. Build up distribution channel performance review and align their market activities with company policy and strategy. Train the trainer plan for area distributor with technical background for future service of end user. Coordinate distribution channel by establishing sales territories quotas and goals and establish training programs for distribution channels. Arrange technical training or seminar for selected key customer yearly in sulzer lab for application and new product introduction Analyze sales statistics gathered popular products by sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preference and customers. Complaint handling determine focus of sales efforts to improve customer satisfaction and brand reputation. Maintain the long-term partnership with key account and align the strategy with Headquarter to achieve business growth continuously. Visit potential customers regarding products needs and advise customers On types of product to purchase and total solution for customers customization. Collect competition information customer preference and market trends. Business development function explore new product new application new business opportunities. 任职要求: Minimum 57 years of related sales and projects management experience Familiar with Protective coatings sealants industries markets Knowledge of Coating application Technical service Relative standard coating requirement Experience in international trading and distribution channels of coating market Experience in MarineOffshoreOil or gas Energy or related market . Bachelor degree above majoring in MarineOffshoreOil or gas Energy or related Master of MBA business administration in Lanzhou University. Sales Marketing training By SIMENS business management school 2016. NACE CIP LEVEL 2 Certification Polymer applicator of China National Medium Level. Profound selling and negotiation skills. Good command of spoken written English is essential Good computer Word Processing skills and analysis sales figure. Good organizational ability and team player customer-oriented. Good interpersonal communication skills. Flexible and self-confident Proactive aggressive optimistic personality. Can work under great pressure.
