1.将当班期间所发生的所有大使和客人事件详细记入交接本,需谨慎的问题要及时向前厅部经理汇报;
Maintain a detail record of all incidents (guest or ambassadors) and other relevant events in the Logbook. Where discretion is required, reports directly to Front Office Manager; 2.将所有客人的反馈做好记录,对出现的问题第一时间采取补救措施、解决问题;
Maintain recording all guests’ feedbacks and take remedial action to resolve problems; 3.确保所有客人的入住登记都能快速、有效、无误的进行,同时宾客关系主任将陪同所有VIP去房间;
Ensure all guests are offered a faultless and speedy check-in with the emphasis that Guest Relation Officer escorts all VIPs to the room; 4.在维持高标准服务水平前提下尽量提高客房出租率、客房收益、平均房价;
Maximize occupancy, revenue and average rate while maintaining high service standards; 5.协助部门培训;
Assist in departmental training; 6.欢迎贵宾、常住客和长住客,确保他们对所安排的房间满意;
Meet VIPs, repeat guests and long staying guests upon arrival and ensures their allocated accommodation is satisfied; 7.负责酒店夜间工作,根据具体程序完成夜间审计;
Be responsible for night duties; carry out hotel night audit according to the procedure. 岗位要求: 1.掌握前厅部工作知识并且十分熟悉前厅部日常运作;
Good knowledge and very familiar with all front office section operation; 2.良好的英语能力;
Good English language skill; 3.良好的沟通技巧;
Good communication skill; 4.良好的组织以及解决问题的能力;
Be good at organize and problem solving; 5.良好的电脑技能,尤其熟悉英文微软办公软件的使用;
Good computer skills, especially familiar with Microsoft Office in English 6.全日制大专(含)以上学历;
Associate degree or above; 7.至少2年相同岗位工作经验,最好是同酒店品牌;
Minimum of 2 years same position experience, preferably in the same hotel brand.
