到岗时间：1个月之内 婚况要求：不限婚况 Responsibility：br工作职责：br1. Collect and analyze customer requirements.br收集和分析客户的要求;br2. Interface with customers Ｏn technical issues Ｏn Takatas products.br就产品技术问题和客户保持密切互动;br3. Good Communication with team share the information about the customer requirement and make sure the customer requirements will be well stratified.br很好的技术沟通能力，能准确及时地传递客户的要求，确保满足客户各项要求；
br4. Lead the design team to fix the issue Ｏn customer site; make the program SOP without risk;br带领开发团队，能处理客户的现场问题，使项目能无风险量产.br5. Troubleshooting and analyze vehicles with Takata products.br故障排除并进行产品匹配度的分析;br6. Work close with sales marketing peers to identify strategic or emerging markets of the customer and contributes to establishing or expanding our business in these areas.br与销售市场密切协作确定战略或新兴的客户市场，并积极建立或扩大在这些领域的业务；
br7.Delivery presentations to customers.br给客户进行产品演示；
br8. Participates in the development of a strategy for building and managing specific customer relationships (e.g. purchasing sales marketing and product planning).br参与建设和管理客户关系（如采购，销售及市场推广，产品规划）的战略开发；
brbrEducation and skill requirements:br职位要求br1. 2year university degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering majors;br2年本科以上学历 电子电气相关专业毕业;br2. 25 years of working experience in automotive industry electrical product experience is a must; especially for Body ECU system is plus.br汽车行业25工作经验，工作产品曾为车身相关电子控制器系统优先考虑;br3. Good experience of technical design and strong sense Ｏn marketing.br较好的技术开发经历以及敏锐的市场感知能力;br4. Good integrity honest and good communication skill;br诚信，诚实，并具备良好的沟通技巧;br5. Quick learning good English ability Microsoft office skill;br学习能力强，良好的英语表达能力，熟悉办公系统;br6. Willing to travel and working under pressure.br愿意出差和在压力下工作；
