外贸贸易助理

到岗时间：1个月之内 婚况要求：不限婚况 1.负责统计销售代表的销售数据，包括CRM，发货预测，合同额等；
Responsible for statistics of the data of sales representatives including CRM shipping forecast contract amount etc.; 2.负责信用证跟单工作，及时拆分回款，负责与财务的对接；
Responsible for the documentary work of the letter of credit timely for repayment splitting responsible for coordinating with financial dpt.; 3.负责处理内部系统如U8，CRM，SALESFORCE等信息录入及流程管理；
Responsible for handling information entry and process management of internal systems such as U8 CRM SALESFORCE; 4.负责协调生产部门，跟进订单的发货；
Responsible for coordinating production department for orders delivery; 5.负责订单及项目执行过程中的物流跟踪，清关报关及现场安装协调，发票开具等工作；
Responsible for logistics tracking during order and project execution customs clearance and Ｏn-site installation coordination invoice issuance etc. 6.负责完善，更新部门内部的资料和文件；
Responsible for improving and updating the department internal documents 7.负责一定量的翻译工作；
Responsible for a certain amount of translation work 8.负责部门领导安排的其他工作；
Responsible for other tasks arranged by department leaders 任职要求： 1.英语四级以上，具备一定的的英语听、说、读、写能力；
CET-4 or above be good at English listening speaking reading and writing; 2.积极主动的工作态度；
Proactive working attitude; 3.英语或外贸专业优先；
English or international trade major preferred; 4.了解海外贸易，有外贸工作经验优先；
