Your specific responsibilities will include: Lead a set of product customers and partners through the Onboarding technical process. Plan manage and execute a complete Onboarding experience for Cloud customers. Maintain strong working technical knowledge of the service take ownership for service improvement . Manage customer and partner Onboarding programs within expected timeframes while continuously driving effectiveness and thus reducing costs . Share knowledge with others through solution documents contribute to social media proactively engaging in technical communities. Building strong body of work and knowledge working with the Core engineering and Customer Experience teams in the Product Group. Qualifications Recommended: The ideal candidate should have a four-year degree in engineering or similar or the equivalent in work experience. Customer technical support experience is considered a plus. Demonstrated leadership skills are required. The successful candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively with corporate customers possess an understanding of the Onboarding process and demonstrate a vision of the Microsofts future support. The candidate should also have excellent customer service skills good verbal and written communication skills proven ability to handle complex customer situations. Experience: A minimum of 2 years supporting One or more of the following technologies: Exchange SharePoint Skype Teams Active Directory Windows 10 Core Identity Security Networking Solutions. A minimum of 2-3 years of Technical experience working with Enterprise customers.
