法务专员

到岗时间：1个月之内 婚况要求：不限婚况 工作职责: 1. 审核租赁合同（包括租进／租出），在IPS和CROteam商谈过程中给予所需的协助；
2. 对与租赁相关的文件进行扫描、归档 ；
更新租金表格以及物业费的表格 3. 收到租赁合同后，编辑Li/Lo表格告知财务，IPS,CRO以及CCO,告知合同主要条款情况；
4. 帮忙确认后续履行过程中的合同细节，为CCO准备相关的资料以办理黄带或会员卡；
5. 协助财务准备租金以及物业管理费的支付；
6. 主管交与的其他工作；
任职要求: 1. 1-2年企业法务的工作经历,涉及过房产或租赁块更佳；

Job Description 1. Reviewing lease in/out contracts, assistance IPS and CRO to negotiate the contract; 2. Scan & Filing (Contracts, Certificate, check in report, etc.),maintaince of the data base including Li rental record and Management fee record. 3. Informing Finance and IPS, CRO, Customer Care Department when contracts received, and sharing the main terms of the contract. 4. Assistance Customer Care Dept. to make copy (or email) contracts, certificates for the application of Membership card or temporary residence registration and to help check detail information of the contracts. 5. Help Finance arrange the rental payment and Property Management fee; 6. Other relevant work assigned by Supervisor Job Requirement: 1. Ideally, around 1-2 years’ experience working within the Legal department of a company related to property. However, we also welcome applications from new graduates with law degree. 2. Excellent English skills (spoken and written). This is a key requirement for this job. 3. Warm and friendly personality (and the ability to deal with people from many different backgrounds) 4. High integrity and ethics, and with a strong sense of loyalty and team spirit.
