采购总监

到岗时间：1个月之内 婚况要求：不限婚况 职责描述： 1.根据公司的发展战略，完善采购体系建设；
2.优化供应链管理，做好供应商管理；
3.制定采购计划，编制采购预算，控制采购成本；
4.监管重点和大宗采购项目的谈判、签约及合同的交付执行，管控项目的进度、交付、质量、成本和风险；
5.全面负责采购部门内部管理，包括采购团队的建设、人员的分工发展、工作流程的优化，部门考核，及与公司其他部门的沟通协作管理等工作；
任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，专业不限；
英语能作为工作语言；
10年以上外资公司工作经验，高级经理职位3年以上，对供应商管理、谈判、设备设施有专业经验，有团队管理能力；
2.40岁以上，有制造业或信息技术行业工作经验；
3.精通采购原理及成本控制，熟悉招标和采购流程；
4.熟悉供应商评估、考核方案，熟悉相关质量体系标准；
5.具备合同谈判和风险把控能力，以及良好的计划组织和决策判断能力，擅于跨部门沟通合作；
工作地点：浙江省瑞安市或瑞安塘下镇国际汽摩配工业园区 Responsibilities: 1. Improve the procurement system construction according to the companys development strategy; 2. Optimize supply chain management and do a good job in supplier management; 3. Make purchase plan prepare purchase budget and control purchase cost; 4. Supervise the negotiation signing and delivery of key and bulk procurement projects and control the progress delivery quality cost and risk of the project; 5. Be fully responsible for the internal management of the purchasing department including the building of the purchasing team the development of the division of labor the optimization of the working process the assessment of the Department and the communication and cooperation management with other departments of the company. Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above major is not limited; English can be used as working language; more than 10 years of working experience in foreign companies more than 3 years of senior manager position professional experience in supplier management negotiation equipment and facilities team management ability; 2. Over 40 years old working experience in manufacturing or information technology industry; 3. Proficient in purchasing principles and cost control familiar with bidding and purchasing process; 4. Be familiar with supplier evaluation and assessment scheme and relevant quality system standards; 5. Have the ability of contract negotiation and risk control as well as good planning organization and decision-making judgment ability and be good at cross department communication and cooperation.
