职责描述:1、 详细了解公司服务,按照公司标准进行热线接听及邮件沟通,准确、及时、耐心解答客户的咨询及问题,提供合适的解决方案;
2、 通过电话沟通与客户进行有效沟通了解客户需求 寻找销售机会并完成客户转化;
3、 具有独立的分析和解决问题的能力,市场感觉敏锐,有良好的沟通技巧和组织能,准确把握客户的需求;
4、 及时完成新客户订单及后续咨询工作,维护好与客户之间的关系,收集客户反馈并分析;
5、 收集市场情报,配合市场部开发潜在客户,提供创新服务;
Your responsibilities 1. Respond to Chinese customer queries over emailchatphone 2. Understand customer needs and requirements over emailchatphone 3. Convert new and prospect customers into fans of our services by giving them the best suited price servicedelivery options in the first go 4. Ensure repeat and loyal customers stay loyal by providing a superlative customer service experience 5. Be the voice of the customer for internal teams and go the extra mile to delight customers so that they come back and prefer our brand over competition 6. Maintain fast response times and adhere to SLAs while maintaining with zero errors in processes 任职要求: 1、 本科及以上学历,专业不限 2、 一年以上销售经验或有相关实习经验的优秀应届毕业生, 有B2C经验优先有互联网企业级销售经验者优先;
3、 性格开朗,耐心细致,能处理不同客户的需求 4、 能进行英语口语和书写沟通,可将英文作为工作语言;
5、 优秀的沟通能力、能够与不同国籍同事互动、合作;
6、 具备良好的客户服务意识、有责任心、善于沟通、良好的沟通技巧、人际关系处理能力及理解能力 7、 具备市场敏锐度,与市场部紧密合作开发潜在客户;
8、 能承受工作压力,善于独立分析问题的重点,高效处理问题;
9、 有团队意识,有创新意识,工作富有热情;
Required skills traits 1. Bachelors degree in any subject 2. Strong customer focus and a customer first approach 3. Native level written and spoken Chinese language skills 4. Good English speaking writing and comprehension skills 5. Ability to multi-task and manage stress 6.
