岗位职责: 1、Provide first step awesome customer service while providing wow experience to the companys clients by chat e-mail and phone. 通过在线交流,邮件及电话的方式给客户提供满意 的服务;
2、 Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction. 识别客户的需求并提供满意的服务;
3、 Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methodstools. 通过合理正确使用工作平台及工作方式,为客户提 供准确,有效及完整的信息;
4、 Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution; Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents. 在规定时间内处理客户投诉,提供解决方案;
跟进 问题直到解决;
记录与客户的交流,处理客户账 户,并存档;
5、 Compliance task. verification verify and define customers identification documents in Backoffice 合规工作:验证客户的相关资料;
6、Special task. Other client facing related task and supporting project. 其他客户服务相关任务和支持工作;
任职资格: 1、Good level English (read speech and written). 良好的英文能力;
- 2、 Service oriented with great inter-personal skills patient. 良好的人际交往能力,服务意识,有耐心;
3、 Problem solving skillsanalytical ability. 问题分析,解决的能力;
4、 Must be a Team Player. 良好的团队合作意识;
5、Ability to work under pressure and in a demanding environment. Multi task and agile 良好的抗压能力,并能同时处理多任务的能;
6、Familiarity with MS O.S M.S Office mobile and the internet world. 熟悉办公软件;
