Responsibilities: The role of Customer services specialist is to handle customer requests and answer inquire about all commercial inquiry promote and respond to question about Festo products and services with the objective to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue. Prepare quotations for standard items Deal with customer queries relating to deliveries price and product information Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints by bringing the complaints back to the relevant department and following up On corrective actions to customers (including return refund replacement customer claims) in order to ensure customer satisfaction with services Work with Sales to establish and maintain customer business relationships including communicating with customers via telephone email and fax; work to gain knowledge of account requirementsspecial situations and apply to customer requirements; develop s kills and knowledge to better solve customer issues; arrange samplecatalogue and technical information for customers upon Salesrequest; participate in customer visits to TE facilities and customer locations; and represents the customers point of view during internal decision making process in order to build good relationship with customers and effectively resolve customer issues. Requirements: Bachelor or above (Business Administration. mechanical electrical or electronic Engineer ) 3-5 Years working experience in related area Specific training in the area of SAP ERP call handling skill Language Skills: Chinese Fluency in English and local language verbal and written considered a plus Computer Skills: MS Office PPT SAP Soft communication skill
