城市设计师

到岗时间：1个月之内 婚况要求：不限婚况 职责 Job Duty： 1) Participated in all parts of urban design projects and cooperate with the team on the assigned tasks; 参与城市设计项目各阶段，以及针对项目范围内所分配的任务参与团队合作；
2) Resolve complicated issues within urban design projects; 解决与城市设计大型项目相关的复杂问题；
3) Work closely with other UD team members; 在城市设计团队中与其他成员紧密协调合作；
4) Develop and complete urban design concepts with the leading from Director and Chief Designer; 在总监和主创的指导下，发展和完善城市设计概念；
5) Except urban design need to also consider site planning architectural concept place making transport and infrastructure system in the concept masterplan design; 除城市设计外，需要兼顾场地规划、建筑概念、场所营造、交通和基础设施系统在概念阶段的设计；
6) In charge of completing the whole design report review all documents ensure deliverables qualities and accuracy; 负责编制重大项目的完整设计文件文本并审核所有文件，保证设计交付的质量和准确度；
7) Review and complete design documents and make sure it is in line with client requirements; 审核并完善设计文件，使之与客户认可的功能要求相符；
8) Help client to communicate with other consultants; 配合客户与多专业顾问团队之间的沟通；
9) Can work independently with minimal supervision. 必须可以在最少监督的情况下独立工作；
要求 Requirement： 1) Proactive working attitude and good at handling pressure be responsive; good at team working and need to work with other team members closely; good oral and written communication skills and organization skills; 工作态度积极主动，抗压能力强，对项目和自己有要求且有责任心；
善于团队合作并且必须与团队其他成员紧密合作，具有较强的口头和书面交流能力及组织能力；
2) Architecture or urban planning bachelor with relative master degree; 建筑或城市规划本科，并具有相关硕士学历；
3) 2-4 years experience in different stages of urban design andor masterplan projects profound experience in large scale project design; 在城市设计和规划的各个阶段具有2-4年的经验，同时具备大型项目设计方面的丰富经验；
4) Possess knowledge about architectureurban design and masterplan project report and documentation planning regulation diagrams architectural massing and open space typologies and forms; 具有关于建筑城市设计和规划、文件编制、规划法规、分析图、建筑体量和建筑开放空间类型形态的知识体系；
5) Possess knowledge about architectureurban design practices including program analysis site planning landscape traffic and infrastructure; 具有关于建筑城市设计和规划操作的实用知识，包括功能策划、总体规划、场地、景观、交通和基础设施规划等；
6) Excellent at urban design 3D massing and architectural concept design; 在城市设计、三维建筑体量概念规划设计方面表现优秀；
7) Excellent graphic skills mature graphic taste about graphic expression; 出色的图面表现技巧，对图面表达具有成熟的审美品位；
8) Good command of necessary design softwares including AutoCAD Sketchup Lumion Adobe Creative Suite (including but not limited to Illustrator Indesign Photoshop etc) and presentation softwares (i.e. Powerpoint) Rhino capability is a plus but not must; 熟练掌握包括 AutoCAD、Sketchup、Lumion、Adobe Creative Suite（包括但不限于Illustrator、Indesign、Photoshop等） 和演示软件（Powerpoint）在内的计算机软件，Rhino或其他复杂建模软件能力是加分项但不是必须；
9) Good at both English and Mandarin communications. 具备良好的英语和普通话沟通能力；
