Job Description: 1. Monitor teams performance in line with targetKPI and provide sufficient coach for team mambers for improvement; 2. Control the budget and expense based On the finalized annual budget; 3. Proactively involve in issue management to deal with customer complaints and build-up a culture of customer oriented for the team to continuously improve customers satisfaction; 4. Monitor and lead team to ensure the GP achievement On shipment basis; 5. Lead team to follow policies and SOPs reduce teams error rate and summarize improvement opportunities for efficiency enhancement; 6. Lead team to cooperate with Sales to support Sales to grow business by participating in sales activities and proactively seeking and refer new business opportunities to sales during daily communication with customers; 7. Work with other teams to handle business with challenges issues or abnormal data in system and work together to find out solutions to meet customers expectation and improve the data input efficiency; 8. Connect contact and collaborate with YLK network offices for handling overseas referred business. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree and above with major of Logistics ManagementInternational trade economyBusiness Administration is preferred 2. Minimum 5 years experience in air freight forwarding industry.Be familiar with the general requirements operation process. 3. Fluent English comprehension; verbal written skills. Well communication skill with internal customers external customers. 4. Good leadership skills. Good sense of problems solving and improvement.
