Job description: Effective Daily Operation: Execute the day to day work within the term under the company internal operation standards Customer requirements SOP to ensure the daily operation effectiveness and punctuality. Correct data input: Update correct and complete data and information timely in shipping schedule; Excellent Service Providing: Timely and proactively communicate with customers and other related parties Independently solve the problem conflict in an effective way; Payment Collection: Under company financial policy to well correct the payment from customers vendors or the party responsible for payment(s) before release of our documents Master Bill. Job requirements: a) Bachelor degree or above with the major of Logistics Management international trading economy Business administration preferred; b) English: fluent spoken and written English skills c) Be familiar with Garments Customers FMCG Chemistry Industry Retailing operational process d) Well communication skill to both internal and external customers e) Well communication cooperation with carriers and overseas colleagues f) Handle the shipments timely and professionally make sure the shipment to be arranged efficiently and safely 工作职责 1、根据客户要求,对货物进行订舱、运输、并跟踪货物运输情况,及时反馈给客户;
2、与客户操作端进行对接,接收订单以及安排货物运输、货物报关、报检、查验等事项,确保货物能及时准确的到达收货人手中;
3、联系客户以及代理,与客户保持良好的沟通与交流;
4、上级交付的其他工作;
岗位要求: 1、大专及以上学历;
2、CET-4,英语应用熟练,熟悉office等办公软件;
3、工作认真负责,思维敏捷,做事细心,责任心强,有良好的客户服务意识以及沟通能力,协调能力强;
