职责描述: 一、负责外贸部门的战略运营工作及国外市场的开发和拓展工作 1、 参与制定公司运营战略计划并保证实施,统筹外贸业务的运营工作;
2、 负责带领外贸部门积极开拓国外市场,联系国外客户,寻求订单,并领导商务谈判与签订合同;
3、 负责部门预算制定、执行与管理 一、 Responsible for Team strategy and operation management as well as developing and expanding international market. 1、 Participate in developing the companys strategy plan and ensure team business operation efficiency and growth. 2、 Responsible for leading the team to expand the foreign market like communicating with foreign clients to get more sales orders and leading the business negotiations and contract signings. 3、Responsible for Team Budget formulating、implementing and managing. 二、In charge of the management of clients and the promotion of new products 1、Responsible for recommending the new products to new clients so as to increasing the rate of resell orders; 2、 Exploit the old clients potential needs sufficiently so as to increase the sales performance; 3、Responsible for following up the whole processes of the foreign trade from quotation order receiving to delivery. Take care of customer payments and after sales service. 4、In charge of the reception and proper scheduling of the visit clients. 5、Resolve conflicts between buyers and factories. 6、Have a good understanding of clients needs On products and feedback to Fabric Developing DepartmentTechnical Department so as to recommend proper products to the clients;
三、负责部门业务管理及团队建设 1、 负责部门整体业务管理以确保客户满意度和准时交货; 2、 负责与各供应商谈判确定价格; 3、 负责管理订单分配给工厂和供应商; 4、 与各部门的横向沟通、协调工作; 5、 建设快速有效的运营制度体系,率领团队,促进KPI达成; 6、协助HR部门推进与落实部门员工的绩效考核,进行绩效面谈和制定改进目标,不断提升员工职业能力;
7、 负责对下属业务进行专业知识的培养和指导. 三、 In charge of the management of team business and team building 1、Supervise the teams merchandising activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and On-time delivery; 2、Negotiate and finalize prices with vendors; 3、Assign orders to factories mills and vendors; 4、Coordinating and communicating with the portrait departments; 5、Establish efficient and effective operation systems and policies to drive performance,develop and mentor a strong team to achieve KPI; 6、Help the HR Department to implement and realize the departments performance appraisal system; 7、In charge of the professional training to subordinates and providing them the relevant guidance. 任职要求: 1、大学本科及以上学历,国际贸易、纺织服装、外贸英语类相关专业;
2、10年以上服装行业相关经验,至少3年管理经验,有外企相关领域工作经历者优先考虑;
3、熟悉贸易工作的各项流程及相关法律法规,熟知贸易术语、物流、报关及税务知识;
4、很强的创新和执行能力,以结果为导向; 5、优秀的领导能力、团队管理能力和把握全局的能力; 6、英语具有较强的听、说、读、写能力,熟练操作电脑办公软件;
7、具有良好的沟通、谈判及处理问题的能力,责任心强,抗压性强. Qualification: 1、Bachelor degree or above major in Foreign Trade Textile and Garment or Foreign Trade English is preferred; 2、Minimum 10 years in garment merchandising experience with 3 years experience in managing team; Candidates with working experience in foreign company are preferred; 3、Familiar with the whole process of international trade、relevant laws and regulations as well as the standard trade terms logistics declaration and taxation. 4、Strong innovative and executive capabilities and being result-oriented; 5、Excellent leadership abilities the capacity of overall control and strategic thinking. 6、Good at English in listening speaking reading and writing Familiar with computer office software; 7、Have a high ability in communication、negotiation skills and problem solving,a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
