工作职责: Position Summary: 1. The responsibilities of Sales Operation Manager including ownership of the sales process implementation sales reporting analysis and productivity of all sales aspects such as pipeline performance metrics trends forecasting and opportunities at team regional and country levels which underwrite the performance achievement and predictability that the business requires to hit targets. 2. This role will be the primary point of contact for the Sales Team Professional Services Marketing Finance and other departments. Job Description: 1. Manage a successful sales support team including Service Sales Order Process team and ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds daily sales performance metrics to achieve Sales Operation Excellence. 2. Sales Forecast Planning and analyze sales metrics data and leverage it to effectively coach and develop the Sales Support team. 3. Work with biz teams and Finance to make reasonable Data Intelligence and Monitor utilization take necessary actions to improve service sales utilization at expected healthy level. 4. Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations. 5. Organize regular review and meetings for process platforms and internal related teams to make sure all operations efficient and problems solved timely push teams to optimize continuously. 6. Other Service Sales Admin works organize. 任职要求: Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree and above. 2. Strong Finance or data analysis skills and logical thinking capability. Good trouble shooting ability with teamwork across teams. 3. 5 years of sales operationFPA experiences 2 years of people management experiences 4. Strong communication and persuading skills especially in matrix organization structure. 5. Good at MS Excel tools. 6. Work experience in service organization will be a plus.
